Here at Lamppost Coffee Roasters, we value quality and integrity. We are a relationship business and we want you to be satisfied with your order.
Since coffee is a food product, we cannot accept any returns on coffee. However, if you are not satisfied with your coffee, please reach out to us via our contact page to let us know what the problem is and what you would like to do about it. We want you to be satisfied, so we will respond and reach back.
Our coffee is roasted specifically per your order. We are not able to cancel or refund your order after it has been roasted. If you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us via our contact page as soon as possible and let's see what we can do to help you.
If you order merchandise, we can exchanges and refund your money for any manufacturer defects or breakage during shipping. Please reach out via our contact page as soon as possible so we can make things right with you.
