NEW Brazil Sitio Araucaria
This beautiful yellow bourbon coffee is grown in the Serra da Mantiqueira relief, where the altitude varies from 1.100 to 1.450 meters by the Junqueira family. The Junqueira family has been growing coffee in this region of Brazil for eight generations. Brazil Sitio Araucaria is prepared using the pulped natural process which means that a portion (but not all) of the fruit pulp is removed by parchment remover machines before drying. The result is that the natural sweetness of the coffee is highlighted.
